- Develop balanced and productive project teams by providing leadership and guidance to the project members under your management and co-ordinating and fostering team spirit and approach based on Company's core values and behaviour.
- Determine the resource requirements for each project and secure required resources by communicating with other Company's departments and external contacts where appropriate
- Deliver each project according to contractual requirements by managing the scope of work, quality, budget, schedule, resources, risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle and maintain operational lines of communication with all relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project reports by tracking actual deliverables against planned deliverables and by consistently adopting the Company's approach to project reporting.
- Support and mentor project team members by assisting with the resolution of project issues; clarifying their role, responsibilities, and accountabilities within project organisational structure; monitoring their performance against same; and making recommendations for individual developmental needs back to functional or departmental managers where appropriate.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the Project Management Framework to deliver best practice solutions by applying knowledge of industry developments and experience of past trends or different situations.
- Maintain high quality processes by complying with all Company’s corporate policies and procedures, identifying project specific procedures where they differ from the corporate standards and developing and implementing effective Project Execution Plans
- Establish a safe work environment by encouraging all project team members and other stakeholders to adopt safe work practices at all times in accordance with Occupational Health, Safety, Welfare and Environmental policies, procedures and requirements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical), engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Have extensive experience in managing large, complex projects
- Broad commercial exposure and/ or business related qualifications
- Proven ability to manage, motivate and influence employees at all levels
- Commitment to mentoring and coaching project members, particularly Project Engineer
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills
- High attention to detail
- Well developed English skill (written and spoken)
- Professional and committed approach
- Willingness to travel
