External Affairs Coordinator (Ref No 608)

  • Organize personnel and handle following work areas: government relations, community relations, and communication.
  • Set up policies and program designs for community relations & public relations.
  • Liaise with Corporate Relations Department in Jakarta on media relations issues.
  • Support the company to decide appropriate communications programs needed by employees & local community regarding the operation of the mine.
  • Provide presentation materials as needed by the company for relevant stakeholders.
  • Make monthly reports about the program implementation to be reported to the Government Relations Manager.
