Qualifications:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in IT.
* At least 15 to 20 years of sales working experience in IT Industries.
* Extensive knowledge and experience of the Retail, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and Analytic markets.
* New business hunter mentality with experience of prospecting, marketing support lead generation, direct selling to end user clients and also via partners.
* Has succeeded in a rapidly growing software company and a consistent overachiever of sales targets.
* Able to negotiate agreements, create account strategy plans and deploying and allocating resource as required.
* Good communicative skills both verbally and in written form and the ability to effectively communicate ideas and properly describe problems and solutions.
* Have strong experience in taking ownership of and managing geography as their own business.
* Ability to interact with many different types of individuals, including Executives, Technologists, Analysts, and other computer and business professionals.
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a small team environment.
* Previous experience of professional sales training such as solution selling, Complex Sale, etc.
* Polished, corporate image, good customer skills, extrovert personality.
* A true entrepreneur with the ability to close deals and make the difference.
* Fluency in English and local language Bahasa. Other language skills are desirable.
* 1 Full-Time positions available.
