* Ensure all necessary documentations pertaining to orders, billing and shipping are timely processed.
* Support and participate in trade show/marketing activities to produce product exposure and acceptance.
* Identify sales materials, promotional devices, etc., for prospecting and sales activities.
* Maintain close and effective relationship with dealers and customers to keep them abreast with new products, features, functionalities and advantages.
* Analyze and identify training needs and conduct product training to dealers and customers.
* Provide monthly/regular sales forecast and achievement to management.
Supervise and provide technical instruction/advice to subordinates.
* Work with internal teams to determine sales trends, customer problems, and other important information.

Qualifications:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
* Experience in inventory planning/warehousing.
* Experience in documentation and process for shipping and distribution.
* Minimum 5 years working experience in heavy equipments business.
* Minimum 3 years in sales support role.
* General knowledge of marine propulsion engines is a plus.
* Dealer network/franchise management experience preferred.
* Ability to respond to customer complaints and maintain composure.
* Independent, resourceful, and able to coordinate multiple and/or competing sales activities.
* Strong spoken and written communication skills.
* Savvy in building effective relationship and networking.
* Applicant should be Indonesian citizen or hold relevant residence status.
