• Organise and coordinate the work of contractors and subcontractors in the construction process by scheduling activities, organising equipment and communicating this with Construction Supervisors.
• Contribute to the maintenance of the construction budget by keeping records on work performed and materials purchased.
• Complete construction projects within planned timeframes by exercising control over construction programs.
• Manage the performance of contractors and subcontractors by inspecting construction work to enforce conformity to specifications.
• Support and manage Construction Supervisors by assisting with the resolution of issues, and encouraging learning and development.
• Comply with all of company's corporate policies and procedures by adopting company's Quality Assurance and Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, procedures and requirements

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 15-20 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• At least 5 years working experience as Construction Manager
• Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
• Contract basis (12months)
