• Provide application supports for Air Conditioning and Refrigeration customers in Taiwan
• Help Taiwanese customers with transition to new refrigerants and higher efficiency systems
• Coordinate with colleagues in China who work with Taiwanese owned plants
• Handle all customer technical queries relating to line rejects and field rejects
• Visit customer sites to diagnose problems
• Conduct technical seminars for refrigeration and Air Conditioning customers
• This position will be located in Jakarta, Indonesia

Qualifications:

• University graduate with major in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
• 3 to 5 years working experience in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration field, preferably with a manufacturer or contractor
• Good technical knowledge of compressors, system design and trouble shooting
• Sound electrical knowledge and hands on experience desirable
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good command of English
• Good computer skills
• Able to work independently
