- Responsible for the Company’s compressor and controls sales in the designated regions in Indonesia
- Develop and manage strong and effective relationship with channel partners and key end users
- Execute key growth programs with measurable results
- Conduct customer training, solve commercial and technical issues
- Assist management in market analysis and business planning
- This position will be located in Surabaya, Indonesia

Qualifications:
- University Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or marketing, preferably in the commercial air conditioning and refrigeration industry with major reputable OEMs, wholesalers or contractors
- Have strong knowledge about designing commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Good value selling skills
- Excellent English communication (speaking and writing) skills
- Able to take initiatives and drive for results
- Able to travel frequently
- Salary is negotiable
