Program Manager - Cancer Healthcare (Ref. no 565)

  • Effectively manage the cancer drug access program by liaising with clients (marketing and sales departments of pharmaceutical or biotech companies), implementing partners, institutions including hospitals, distributors, and pharmacies, and patients.
  • Ensure that eligible patients are enrolled in the program in a timely manner and in accordance with the project workflow and timelines.
  • Assess patients’ financial eligibility for the program, review all cases and approve financial classifications.
  • Ensure that current patients receive their drugs quickly and efficiently.
  • Prepare monitoring and tracking reports and patient files throughout the program.
  • Represent company at meetings and conferences.
  • Identify opportunities for projects through discussion with clients or stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage budgets allocated to Indonesia.
  • Develop good relations with the Government, clients and key stakeholders in Indonesia. Work with partners such as governmental agencies, pharmaceutical companies, NGOs, political affiliations, and communities
  • Maintain ongoing and frequent communication with project team leaders including regional and global staff.
  • Work location is Jakarta

Our client is an international healthcare consulting company that is launching a drug access project for cancer therapy in Indonesia. They are seeking a dynamic and highly professional Program Manager to manage this program successfully.

Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in BioTechnology, Nursing, Medical Science, Pharmacy, Public Health or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience in dealing with marketing and sales departments of pharmaceutical or biotech company will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian Healthcare systems.
  • Ability to work autonomously with time & location flexibility as well as a team player.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Methodical with ability to deliver timely results.
  • Results driven with high level of ethics and values.
  • Approachability and willingness to provide service to clients as well as patients.
  • Knowledge of the local Bahasa language is essential.
  • Written and spoken fluency in English is a must.
  • Experience with database design and management with excellent computer skills (Ms. Office).
  • Experience managing office budgets and small office staff.
  • Willing to travel within Indonesia.
