- To develop and grow the barcode distribution, Auto-ID turnkey solutions business.
- Understands market trends, customer needs and competitive analysis to identify opportunities to develop and grow existing/new business.
- Manage the sales team and lead, motivate the team to achieve team targets.
- Manage the technical team and lead, motivate the team to achieve technical goals and objectives
- Strategise, sets, communicates, aligns and deploy business plans, new sales & marketing initiatives and programs to achieve business objectives.
- Proactively engages sales, support and application team to achieve targets commitments and total customer satisfaction.
- Will be located in Jakarta.

Qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor Degree in IT or related disciplines.
- Strong positive attitude with great personal drive and leadership capabilities.
- At least 5 years sales experience in IT system solutions.
- At least 3 years experience in managing a sales team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with excellent teamwork capabilities to work across functions.
- Excellent written, oral and presentation communication skills.
- Self starter with strong business acument.
- Aggressive and results oriented
- Salary is negotiable.
